Kent Garman

Vice President, Partnerships, Alliances, and Customer Success

Kent Garman, a graduate of Ohio State University with a BS degree in Business Administration, is the VP of Partnerships, Alliances, and Customer Success for TONE. In his role, Kent is responsible for the company's global partner strategy, channel development/management, and commercial execution including sales, deployment/integration, and customer/partner success.

He is a veteran business executive with more than 30 years of worldwide partner sales and business development experience with preeminent data analytics corporations NCR, Teradata, Informatica and Semarchy. At NCR, Kent was credited with implementing their best-in-class customer engagement platform and process for all Enterprise customers. He successfully duplicated that practice for Teradata where he received corporate recognition for improving client retention by 30%.

Kent has been instrumental in growing TONE's partner portfolio and has long been a certified partner with Microsoft. His current focus is on expanding the TONE/Microsoft partnership by developing new joint solutions with their customers in areas such as automotive, technology innovation and campus integration.

When he's not working with customers, Kent donates his time to mentoring at-risk students of the Centerville, Ohio school district. He also advises early-stage businesses through the Ohio State alumni network.
