A multi-industry business development & strategic relationships leader with 20+ years of experience, Adon has devised business plans, growth strategies, and brand awareness initiatives that have driven multi-million dollar revenue/margin growth for startups and F500 entities. His focus as RVP of the North Central Region is to build new partnerships, integrate customers, and expand the visibility of TONE.

An expert in building high-performing teams, Adon has developed training on consultative sales and best practices for customer satisfaction/service. Results have strengthened client relationships and propelled continuous growth in highly competitive markets. He has leveraged prospect research and business analytics to provide sales support, executive-level consulting, and high-impact proposals that realize sales goals while developing capital raising plans to facilitate rapid operational scaling.

Adon is a former Board Member of the Chicago State University Foundation and continues to serve on Advisory Boards for startups. He graduated from Keller Graduate School of Management with a Master of Business Administration, Marketing, with distinction and a Bachelor of Science, Management from St. Joseph College.
